The Second House in Classic Elmwood

Recently, I have visited classic elmwood and found second house is comming up. The first house is almost completed and only painting work is remaining. I like the idea of first house. Though, this doesn't seems to be economical in the terms of utlilization of space. This is a 3BHK duplex house with one bedroom on the ground floor and two on the first floors. Probably space is vacant for one more bedroom on the first floor. However it gives the look of a big house from inside. The 300 square feet vacant space on the front add beauty to this house.

Presently I am staying in HSR and I have seen beautiful home in 1200 square feet. I would love to see similar house in classic elmwood.

What is the best rate that I can get at this point time. Is it a good time to buy & build now. By when do you plan to shift residence to your home in Classic Elmwood.

    My name is Venkatesh, I work for Oracle India, Bangalore. I am searching for a good property and came to know there are plots available in Classic Elmwood. Golden Projects arranged for a free site visit and we have seen some two available plots there. Before we can proceed with our decision, I wanted to take your advise on how the developer is and if you had any problems with Golden Projects while registering your plot.     Dear Sir,

    There is a factory just next to this property, have the water and soil test been done, it seems there was some accident which had happened in 2008 in the factory and their is a pollution, also it seems that the people around vomit and get fever frequently.
    Please do soil and underground water testing.
